reading and youtube and a healthy dose of sarcasm.

I just realized that I've had a book checked out from the library for the whole summer.
And I'm actually really afraid to go check the fine on it...

Oh. Well. That was painless. It's only $3.90. My library is full of wusses, apparently.

Anyway, I've decided to give myself a challenge. There is a whole list of books I want to read, some of them classics, some not. So I'm going to post the list here and cross them off as I read them so you can check my progress. Just click that hand-dandy link at the top of the page that says "Read Me".

Plus I will be posting a list of books that I recommend that you, my lovely followers, go read immediately.

Now you might be thinking, "why? Reading is so laaaame."

My response to you would be "Shut up and go read a book, you illiterate jerk."

Reading is good for you. And there are some pretty awesome books out there (and some pretty awful ones as well...*cough*Twilight*cough*). And, as Sam Puckett would say- "It's like TV in your head!"
(Yes, I watch iCarly. Should I be ashamed? Sorry, I'm not)

I just recently finished watching a YouTube series by Alex Day where he read Twilight and did his own review of it. You should go watch it and laugh because I said so. And subscribe, because that's a nice thing to do. And, while you're at it, subscribe to Charlie McDonnell, too.

Is it weird that I'm subscribed to a bunch of British twenty-somethings on YouTube? It's all Doctor Who's fault, really.

Subscribe is a funny word....subscribe subscribe subscribe...starts to lose all meaning....

I've gotten off topic.

What are your favorite books? I challenge you to start your own book challenge thingy as well. You know, if you're as bored as I am right now.

I don't have a favourite book but I do have a favourite author. I like Jodi Picoult and Nicholas Sparks.

If you haven't read any of their works, I recommend trying out The Pact and A Walk to Remember.

Ah, Nicholas Sparks. I've read (most of) the Last Song. and seen the Notebook and Dear John.

Usually I wouldn't admit to watching chick flicks like that, but they were forced upon me...*shrugs*
